About us

About Provider Enrollment Services

We're a US-based provider enrollment and credentialing company that has been doing this work since 2008. Practices hand us the part of the job everyone dreads — getting providers credentialed, enrolled, and kept in-network — and we handle it in-house, start to finish.

Where we started

Provider Enrollment Services opened in 2008 with a simple, unglamorous focus: get providers on the panels they need, get them billable, and keep them there. That's still the whole job.

Over the years, credentialing turned into an industry of software. Companies started selling practices a platform and calling the setup, the data entry, and the payer follow-up your responsibility. We went the other way. We kept it a service — real people doing the work — and we kept that work in-house.

We've watched what a stalled application costs a practice: a new hire who can't bill for months, a file frozen over a missed re-attestation, revenue that never comes back because a timely-filing window closed. None of that is abstract to us. It's the reason the work exists, and it's why we treat every deadline like it's ours.

In-house, never outsourced

Why we do the work in-house

A lot of credentialing gets quietly shipped overseas or handed to a subcontractor. It's cheaper to run that way, and it's easy to hide behind a login screen. We don't do it, for three reasons.

We do not outsource to third parties. It's the first thing we'll tell you, because it's the thing most credentialing companies won't.

  • Your data stays put.Provider records, licenses, and sensitive documents never leave our US-based team.
  • The person doing your work can be reached. When a payer kicks back an application, a specialist who knows your file picks up the phone — not a queue in another time zone.
  • Accountability doesn't get diffused. When one team owns the work end to end, nothing falls between the cracks of a handoff.
How we work

How we work

Four things stay true on every engagement — whoever you are and whatever you need credentialed.

01

A service, not software.

You don't buy a tool and operate it. A specialist does the credentialing, enrollment, and payer follow-up, and keeps you informed the whole way.

02

Payer-agreement depth.

We don't just file forms. We understand how payer contracts and fee schedules affect what a practice actually collects, and we handle contracting with that in mind.

03

We keep you billable.

Credentialing is never finished. We track CAQH re-attestation, Medicare revalidation, and recontracting so an enrollment never lapses without warning.

04

No lock-in.

Transparent, quote-based pricing and no long-term contract. You stay because the work is good, not because you're stuck.

Our team

The people behind your enrollments

Your credentialing is handled by a US-based team of enrollment and credentialing specialists — people who spend their days inside payer portals, CAQH, and PECOS, and who know each carrier's quirks by name. Every provider we work with has specialists who own their file, not a ticket number.

{{TEAM — operator to add real team members: name, title/role, a one-line bio noting credentialing/enrollment experience, and a real photo (no stock photos for team members).
